Details in the Deliverables

  • Print assets are built and reviewed in printable files to meet all your required guidelines and specifications required to produce your printed deliverables.

  • Online assets are web optimized to your specifications to balance quality of designs and improve the performance of your website or online presence.

  • Designs are built to the sizing specifications of your requested deliverables. For example, Instagram posts can be tailored to a square (1:1 ratio), landscape (1.91:1 ratio), or portrait (4:5 ratio), while stories are a 9:16 ratio.

  • Designers organized their files differently. In my experience, I am applying a simple system that includes 3 folders per project: Assets, Deliverables, and Working. This allows clients to have access to the files they need whether they be the deliverables or diving back into the working files and previous drafts again.

Seamless Transition (Apps Used)

BALDORIA applies a wide range of industry standard apps for a wide range of uses within the creative process, including Adobe Creative Suite, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, Figma and Trello. Don’t see the apps you currently use or does your business use internal applications? Not to worry!

BALDORIA is open to apply the apps and systems that you use to create a seamless transition for your design needs and support.
